integrate wmp11 with boooggy & n7epsilon’s windows media player 11 slipstreamer tool.

install .net 1.1sp/2.0/3.0 with ryanvm’s dotnetaio.

install ie7 with the original file ie7-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe from ms.
